Across TCGA cell cohorts, PMP22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMP22-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, CDX4, and VAX1. Each is linked with PMP22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMP22-to-partner and partner-to-PMP22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by PMP22-low versus PMP22-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
