Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,609 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GAP43, CRYAB, and DCLK1. Each is linked with PMP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMP2-to-partner and partner-to-PMP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMP2 versus GAP43 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
