Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,880 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM78A, WDFY4, and APLNR. Each is linked with PMP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMP2-to-partner and partner-to-PMP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMP2 versus FAM78A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
