PMP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, eIF4E, and Fibronectin. Each is linked with PMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMP2-to-partner and partner-to-PMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by PMP2-low versus PMP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
