PMIS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMIS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 602 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMIS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LPP_T333, ASAP2_S701, and ASPM_S367. Each is linked with PMIS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMIS2-to-partner and partner-to-PMIS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMIS2 versus LPP_T333 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMIS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMIS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
