PMIS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PMIS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMIS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIP11, OLFM4, and POP1. Each is linked with PMIS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMIS2-to-partner and partner-to-PMIS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIP11 grouped by PMIS2-low versus PMIS2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMIS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMIS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
