PMFBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMFBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,335 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMFBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX27, SHROOM2_S1297, and RRP9. Each is linked with PMFBP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMFBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PMFBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMFBP1 versus DDX27 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMFBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMFBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
