Across TCGA cell cohorts, PMFBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,122 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMFBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral transcription, Late viral transcription, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with PMFBP1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMFBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PMFBP1 results are reported.
