PMF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 204 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM251, MCU, and MAIP1. Each is linked with PMF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMF1-to-partner and partner-to-PMF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM251 grouped by PMF1-low versus PMF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
