PMEPA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMEPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,478 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMEPA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL5A1, CNN2, and SPARC. Each is linked with PMEPA1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMEPA1-to-partner and partner-to-PMEPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMEPA1 versus COL5A1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMEPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMEPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
