PMEPA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMEPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,573 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMEPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, PHKG1, and LETM1. Each is linked with PMEPA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMEPA1-to-partner and partner-to-PMEPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP419 grouped by PMEPA1-low versus PMEPA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMEPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMEPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
