Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMEPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMEPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, 4E-BP1, and eEF2. Each is linked with PMEPA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMEPA1-to-partner and partner-to-PMEPA1 results are reported.
