Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PMCH Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PMCH data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher PMCH Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PMCH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC are the cancer types where PMCH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
