Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMCH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PMP22, AMIGO2, and ROBO4. Each is linked with PMCH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMCH-to-partner and partner-to-PMCH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
