Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMCH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51G1, CTHRC1P1, and RN7SKP221. Each is linked with PMCH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMCH-to-partner and partner-to-PMCH results are reported.
