Across TCGA patient cohorts, PM20D2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PM20D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p90 RSK, p62 Lck ligand, and VHL. Each is linked with PM20D2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PM20D2-to-partner and partner-to-PM20D2 results are reported.
