PLXNC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLXNC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,031 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXNC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D2B, WIPF1, and STAB1. Each is linked with PLXNC1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNC1-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLXNC1 versus TBC1D2B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXNC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXNC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
