Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLXNB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,687 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXNB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ERBB3 signaling pathway, ERBB2-ERBB3 signaling pathway, and Epiboly. Each is linked with PLXNB2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNB2-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNB2 results are reported.
