PLXNA4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLXNA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,024 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXNA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROCR, ERMN, and ITGAV. Each is linked with PLXNA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNA4-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXNA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXNA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
