Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLXNA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,015 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLXNA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hypothalamus cell differentiation, Negative regulation of organelle assembly, and Positive regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion. Each is linked with PLXNA4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNA4-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNA4 results are reported.
