Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLXNA3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLXNA3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 12 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher PLXNA3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLXNA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

GBM, LUAD, and LSCC are the cancer types where PLXNA3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
