PLXNA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLXNA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,297 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXNA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGB3, NUP155, and HID1. Each is linked with PLXNA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNA3-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLXNA3 versus HMGB3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXNA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXNA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
