Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLXNA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,266 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXNA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKIA, MEIS3, and BEND5. Each is linked with PLXNA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNA3-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNA3 results are reported.
