PLXNA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLXNA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,811 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXNA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF7L1, KDM5C, and THOP1. Each is linked with PLXNA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNA3-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCF7L1 grouped by PLXNA3-low versus PLXNA3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXNA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXNA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
