PLXNA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLXNA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXNA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Collagen-VI, Cyclin-E2, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with PLXNA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNA3-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Collagen-VI grouped by PLXNA3-low versus PLXNA3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXNA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXNA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
