Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLXNA2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLXNA2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 12 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PLXNA2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLXNA2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and GBM show a favorable association.

UCEC, GBM, and LUAD are the cancer types where PLXNA2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
