PLXDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLXDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,640 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXDC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLXDC2_S506, FILIP1L, and MYLK. Each is linked with PLXDC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXDC2-to-partner and partner-to-PLXDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLXDC2 versus PLXDC2_S506 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
