PLXDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLXDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are POTEB3, OR13C7, and ACSM1. Each is linked with PLXDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXDC2-to-partner and partner-to-PLXDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POTEB3 grouped by PLXDC2-low versus PLXDC2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
