Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLXDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,924 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLXDC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASPN, PCOLCE, and PRKG1. Each is linked with PLXDC1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PLXDC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLXDC1 versus ASPN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
