PLVAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLVAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,403 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLVAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VWA1, COL15A1, and NID1. Each is linked with PLVAP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLVAP-to-partner and partner-to-PLVAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLVAP versus VWA1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLVAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLVAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
