PLVAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLVAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,079 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLVAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-110P, RNA5SP68, and RNU6-1191P. Each is linked with PLVAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLVAP-to-partner and partner-to-PLVAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-110P grouped by PLVAP-low versus PLVAP-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLVAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLVAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
