PLVAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLVAP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLVAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pT308, PRAS40_pT246, and MSH2. Each is linked with PLVAP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLVAP-to-partner and partner-to-PLVAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt_pT308 grouped by PLVAP-low versus PLVAP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLVAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLVAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
