The most reproducible PLVAP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of autophagy, Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator, and Regulation of cytokine-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with PLVAP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLVAP-to-partner and partner-to-PLVAP results are reported.
