PLSCR5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLSCR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,057 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLSCR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGA9, RNA5SP461, and RNU7-110P. Each is linked with PLSCR5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLSCR5-to-partner and partner-to-PLSCR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITGA9 grouped by PLSCR5-low versus PLSCR5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLSCR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLSCR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
