Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLSCR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLSCR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2L5, TFDP3, and NEXMIF. Each is linked with PLSCR5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLSCR5-to-partner and partner-to-PLSCR5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2L5 grouped by PLSCR5-low versus PLSCR5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLSCR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLSCR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
