PLSCR5-AS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLSCR5-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,662 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLSCR5-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND5P35, OR6Y1, and VN1R64P. Each is linked with PLSCR5-AS1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLSCR5-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-PLSCR5-AS1 results are reported.
