Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLSCR4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,613 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLSCR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLU, PLPP3, and HLF. Each is linked with PLSCR4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLSCR4-to-partner and partner-to-PLSCR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLSCR4 versus CLU in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLSCR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLSCR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
