PLSCR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLSCR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 953 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLSCR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDGF1P1, MIR4695, and CRISP1. Each is linked with PLSCR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLSCR4-to-partner and partner-to-PLSCR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TDGF1P1 grouped by PLSCR4-low versus PLSCR4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLSCR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLSCR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
