Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLSCR4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLSCR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with PLSCR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLSCR4-to-partner and partner-to-PLSCR4 results are reported.
