PLSCR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLSCR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLSCR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMO1, CCDC70, and VCY1B. Each is linked with PLSCR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLSCR4-to-partner and partner-to-PLSCR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FMO1 grouped by PLSCR4-low versus PLSCR4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLSCR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLSCR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
