Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLSCR3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLSCR3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher PLSCR3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLSCR3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, UCEC, and CHOL are the cancer types where PLSCR3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
