The most reproducible PLSCR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA topoisomerase (ATP-hydrolyzing) activity, Innate immune response-activating signaling pathway, and Regulation of adaptive immune response based on somatic recombination of immune receptors built from immunoglobulin superfamily domains. Each is linked with PLSCR2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLSCR2-to-partner and partner-to-PLSCR2 results are reported.
