PLSCR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLSCR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,687 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLSCR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OAS2, DDX60, and DTX3L. Each is linked with PLSCR1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLSCR1-to-partner and partner-to-PLSCR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLSCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLSCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
