Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLSCR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,281 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLSCR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA topoisomerase (ATP-hydrolyzing) activity, Phosphatidylserine exposure on apoptotic cell surface, and Positive regulation of response to type II interferon. Each is linked with PLSCR1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLSCR1-to-partner and partner-to-PLSCR1 results are reported.
