PLS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,325 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLS3_S293, CNN3, and RAI14. Each is linked with PLS3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLS3-to-partner and partner-to-PLS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLS3 versus PLS3_S293 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
