PLS3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,955 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAVIN1, COL5A2, and SRPX2. Each is linked with PLS3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLS3-to-partner and partner-to-PLS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLS3 versus CAVIN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
