Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,245 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJB8-AS1, RPS17P11, and SNX18P23. Each is linked with PLS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLS3-to-partner and partner-to-PLS3 results are reported.
