Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLS3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, TFRC, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PLS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLS3-to-partner and partner-to-PLS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by PLS3-low versus PLS3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
