Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,557 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLS3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, Establishment of protein localization to membrane, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with PLS3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLS3-to-partner and partner-to-PLS3 results are reported.
