PLRG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLRG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,617 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLRG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HPF1, SDF2L1, and ARFIP1. Each is linked with PLRG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLRG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLRG1 versus HPF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
